The rent is 950.00 per month plus half of the utilities bills (15.00 for internet, half of W,S,G bill, and half of electrical bill). 2. Washer and Dryer included. 3. We will take care of lawn maintenance. 4. We will share the space evenly with you. 5. There are two parking spaces in the driveway, you will occupy the parking space on the left with my significant other occupying the space on the right. 6. Large backyard with shop in back that has electricity. 7. 30.00 screening charge for background and credit check required after viewing the property if we decide to move forward with the application.
