Summary:
## Supports and enhances the provision of Interventional Radiology procedures, Moderate Sedation, PICC line and Intravenous Therapy Services, Cardiac Stress Testing, including Nuclear Medicine Radiation Safety services within Diagnostic Imaging by coordinating and supporting existing programs and serving as a resource and support for hospital personnel.
EDUCATIONAL/LICENSING:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon. Appropriate or pertinent education and clinical background. Current ACLS Certification. Must obtain PALS Certification within 6 months of being accepted to position. Current BLS. Must obtain PICC certification within one year, CCN preferred but not required. Past Critical Care/ER RN with excellent IV and PT monitory skills. Past PICC line experience and CCN preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated organizational and leadership qualities. Demonstrates excellent communication skills in adherence with Key Words and Key Times. Ability to inspire confidence in others. Ability to design and smoothly implement process changes. Gracefully and appropriately prioritize competing activities. Must be able to provide excellent high-touch one-on-one patient care in adherence with AIDET. Must be able to work independently in high-stress situations with frequent interruptions. Must be detailed in completing required patient care documentation per TJC requirements. Must be able to re-arrange daily schedule to meet patient care workload. Clinical excellence, leadership abilities, teaching competency, excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
