Job DescriptionJohnson Service Group has a career position with a leader in commercial, industrial, and residential land development.
Flexible 9/80 (every other Friday off) This is an onsite positionThe successful candidate will have an educational background in Civil Engineering, Urban Development or Landscape Architecture.
You should have 10 years of experience working with private development, municipal, and public works clientsResponsible for the full lifecycle relationship within Los Angeles County and for selling all company services, regardless of internal or business unit structure Develops significant new business, leads client teams and participates on other client teams, leads cross-business unit selling, assesses client technology trends, and performs client sales forecasting Monitors project performance on their client's project Engages in project recovery and supports collections Client Team Leader is responsible for client profitability Serve as pursuit champion and project manager/director as appropriate for Land Development Provide design leadership to project teams, Review engineering documents and deliverables for contractual requirements Attracting, developing, and retaining key talent Work with the group leader to ensure the office meets business unit metrics Adhere to firmware tools, processes and policies including project accounting (set up, budgeting.

Salary range:
