Pendleton Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.
) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.
Our goal is to partner with each individual we serve to accomplish a personalized treatment program that leads them to live a healthy, productive, addiction free life.
We are currently seeking full-time administrative coordinator for early morning hours 5:

Responsibilities and Duties The Administrative Coordinator is responsible is responsible for the smooth operation and communication of inter-departmental services.
He/she will report to the Program Director/Coordinator/Administrator on all matters pertaining to his/her duties.
Will greet individuals entering the treatment center, request client IDs to validate treatment program participation, manage visitor sign-in log, monitor lobby activity and client flow, check client monetary status, collect balances due, receive potential client inquiries, liaise with other providers in the community and perform all office duties including assisting in the preparation of the required weekly reports.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and a thorough understanding of boundaries and confidentiality related to substance abuse treatment.
Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year experience as a general office clerk with basic math and accounting skills and previous cash handling experience preferably in the health care field.
Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level Current driver's license in the state in which they reside.
