Who we're looking for.
We're seeking a Customer Service Professional that understands the value of providing an exceptional customer service experience.
You must be a strong patient advocate, who can overcome obstacles in an ever-changing healthcare landscape, who enjoys coaching/supporting patients to meet their therapy goals and you must be committed to serving our patients with the highest level of care.

Assists PHM patients on the use of the equipment received to assist in meeting insurance coverage criteria.
Assists and encourages patient on the use of equipment to assist in maximum benefit from PAP therapy.
Corresponds with referral sources for the receipt of follow up paperwork to assist in favorable financial outcomes.
Process orders according to PHM procedures Contacts and informs patients of the order received Answer incoming calls in an efficient and courteous manner Enter Patients into the PHM electronic medial record program Generates orders and assist in scheduling of delivery Answer incoming calls in an efficient an dcourteous manner Maintain a current knowledge of products offered by PHM.
Proactively offer resupply and private pay items sold by PHM to callers.
Generate new supply orders and process according to procedure ensuring timely resupply for patients.
Collaborate with other PHM employees to provide exceptional support to PHM customers.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
Technologically proficient with strong computer skills.
Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to providing the highest level of patient/customer care.
Responsible and reliable.

Team player that will contribute to a professional and fun working environment.
Skilled in the art of de-escalation when problems arise.
Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment, in person and over the phone.

Positive attitude and a willingness to assist the team as needed.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required.
Scheduling patient appointments and assisting Clinicians as directed.
Prior knowledge/hands-on experience with PAP equipment - Preferred.
Ability to type minimum of 30 words per min.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
