JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates and delivers education for a defined population or specialized subject experts based on defined workflows and processes. Integrates the learning needs of participants into instruction process.
Develops and mentors super users. Provides at the elbow support. Assesses caregiver and leadership knowledge, skill and satisfaction. Works with project team to evaluate impact and identify mitigation strategies for improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Teaches identified courses for a defined population or in a specialized content area. Delivers specialized content to support individual, department and system goals.
2. Incorporates adult learning principles and contemporary teaching strategies into class or online presentations and trainings.
3. Creates measures of caregiver proficiency/competence and documentation of training including quality assurance and follow-up activities.
4. Evaluates, revises and documents improvements to current training program. Submits and updates course documentation.
5. Supports project team to update and maintain appropriate instructor manuals, educational materials, job aids, and documentation procedures using standardized tools and templates.
6. Works with the training team to support and facilitate super user education knowledge transfer and at the elbow support skills.

b. Supports end users in 1-1 training as well as classroom training
c. Assess gaps in knowledge and provide training solution
d. Mentor super users to improve knowledge and skill.
e. Support regional departments to promote sharing, collaboration, to support organizational strategies and meet training needs.
7. Uses standard templates, tools, and processes in training delivery, competency validation and documentation.
8. Provides data to document attendance and/or validate proficiency and competency towards Care Transformation educational goals and objectives
9. Assesses caregiver satisfaction and evaluate training effectiveness.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
, Bachelor's degree; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
, Additional training in adult learning or education preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
, Three years training experience, preferably in technology or healthcare, OR three years related subject matter experience OR combination of training and related subject matter experience.
, Medical experience or training preferred.
, Experience in a large or multi-campus organization preferred.
, Experience in Epic or other similar software preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: , Epic positions require credentialing in classroom facilitation skills in an assigned application module curriculum and classroom facilitation skills within 3 months of hire.
OTHER SKILLS:
, Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
, Experience with projection equipment and/or webinar technology.
, Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
