Provide technical details during creation of new products to portray feature needs to engineering and/or other departments. Responsible for tool evaluation/selection, SEO strategy, Social CRM, defining metrics, and developing strategy to promote Social Apps. Review Metrics/KPIs and customer feedback to improve the CX & performance. Responsible for providing input on the product roadmap, including definition of new features and strategic direction. Work with cross-functional team through the product development life cycle, including product definition, development and version updates using Agile methodologies. Collaborate cross-functionally and perform research to identify key needs, and determine new product features, enhancements, and needed fixes. Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market. Assess their strengths and weaknesses. Develop a strategy for providing the highest quality information and solutions to our customers and agents. Oversee product requirements through from definition to release.
